    Below you will find some of the questions that we get asked most from attendees of WTM London, we hope that you find these useful and that they may assist in answering any questions you may have.

    Please could you send me my password (Post Show)?

    Your request would not go through as exhibitors don’t have access to the portal post show.

    You profile is still visible but you won’t have access to edit anything.

  • Where do I register and download my exhibitor, press, hosted buyers badges?

    Your request would not go through the portal. But you should be able to log into your registration’s company’s (EAS) back office and send them a copy of their badge.

    How do I go about apply for full hosted buyer status?

    Send any queries like this to the Hosted Buyer inbox wtmafrica-hosted@reedexpo.co.uk.

    However, if they only say they are interested you can direct them to the website to submit the Hosted Buyer interest form.

    Why is it important to complete the exhibitor profile?

    The Portal is a great platform for exhibitors to show their visibility on the show floor prior, during and after the exhibition.

    How does the appointment system work?

    It’s based on a mutual match making system, with both the exhibitor and buyers having the opportunity to select who they wish to see.

    Can I access the list of buyers and make appointments with them?

    We don’t provide a list based on our data protection. Through the Exhibitor and Buyer zone you are able to search for buyers according to the region, company name and product you looking for.

    Can I cancel an appointment with a buyer?

    Yes, we have provided an option to cancel your meetings.

    What else can I do prior the show to encourage buyers and buyers’ club members to book appointments with me and promote my presence?

    Ensure your profile close to 100% complete, send the press release through the portal and request meetings during our self-scheduled appointments.

    How do I go about registering my interest to becoming a speaker at WTM Africa conference theatres?

    Mon 6th April 2020: 10:00 - 19:00

    Tue 7th April 2020: 10:00 - 18:00

    Wed 8th April 2020: 10:00 - 16:00

    Where do I go to register/apply to attend as a visitor for 2020?

    You can register on the home page of the WTM Africa website.

    Please send through the WTM Africa floor plan.

    Operations team will be able to assist with this.

    How would I go about booking a stand for WTM Africa?

    You can complete a stand enquiry form on the home page of the WTM Africa website.

    Please advise on the cost to exhibit at WTM 2020.

    Sales Execs will be able to assist with the pricing.
